an experience to remember, join us aboard the
"Silver Salmon" and cruise in comfort
and style on the River Avon. We operate all year
round from Bath in the summer and Bristol in the
winter.
From
an intimate dinner to major functions, the
"Silver Salmon" is the ideal venue to
enjoy the fun and relaxation of cruising on the
River Avon. The
"Silver Salmon" is perfect for
family gatherings, parties, stag and hen parties, wedding receptions,
business meetings, corporate events and functions,
Christmas parties and various themed
evenings.

for private charter seven days a week - daytime
and evening. Please see our

All
musical tastes catered for - enjoy our choice or
bring your own. Live musicians can be brought in
at an extra cost.
We
have an extensive wine list and bar tariff at
affordable prices.

Typical summer cruise for up to 2 hours -
a leisurely cruise from our moorings
at Broadquay downriver to Weston Island, and
sail back upstream into the very centre of
Bath, into Pulteney Weir, and seeing
the famous bridge, the abbey and lots of the
Georgian architecture as well as a variety of
wildlife throughout the trip.
Typical summer cruise for up to 3 hours
- as above, but we sail further down, through
Weston lock - always an interesting
experience - as far as Newbridge, before returning.
Typical summer cruise for up to 4 hours
- as above, but further downriver towards Saltford
as far as time permits.
Bath
cruises available for longer duration
To
the Jolly Sailor at Saltford (approx. 5 hours
return)
To Bristol one way (usually 6 hours with a brief
stop, or the same trip to Bath from Bristol)
Payment can be made in cash, cheque payable to
Avon River Cruises Ltd or by most debit / credit
cards.
