Our Menus 2008

Our chef is pleased to offer a range of menu options to suit any budget and any occasion, freshly prepared from our fully equipped galley on board the Silver Salmon. All items are to be pre-booked if required with the charter.
Whilst we have found that most of our parties are very happy to choose from the menus as published, we actively encourage party organisers to discuss their individual needs with us.

The “Silver Salmon” Snacks Menu

The following items are available, when pre-booked, as alternatives or in addition
to our main dinner or buffet menus.

Canapes – an assorted luxury selection  £7.50 pp
Morning Pastries
– assorted croissants and Danish pastries with tea or coffee  £4.95 pp
Beverages
– Tea and coffee with biscuits  £2.50 pp

Breakfast

Bacon or Sausage Baps – with tea or coffee and orange juice  £4.95 pp
Full English Breakfast
– bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans, and hash browns
with tea, coffee and orange juice  £7.95 pp

Party and Light Bites Selections

Hot Roast Loin of Pork Rolls – with stuffing and apple sauce  £4.95 pp
Hot Roast Beef Rolls

Ploughman's Lunch   mature cheddar, slice of director's ham with salad, pickles and crusty bread  £5.95 pp

For a minimum number of 20 people we have a range of popular buffets which offer very good value and a choice to suit most tastes.
